re-installing software

Does anyone know how to reinstall software after reformatting computer?
At one time you could do it through the program itself, now everytime I try it is asks for a serial number. Carvewright knows what my serail numbers are for my patterns, should it add my patterns without the individaul serial numbers?

You will need to re register your computer license and can only be done by calling LHR. When you call in they will step you through the process.
