Board Thickness - 5 inches ???

I got a small crash last night (Bit adapter came off - not locked oupssss) but didn't break anything I can see. I was able to carve after.
But if I ask the machine to measure the thickness of my board (1.5"), I have 5 inches measurement.
I did a calibration of thickness with a 0.43" thickness and no issue to measure this board.
My 1.5" always comes to 5 inches.

Any idea why ?
It doesn't seem to affect the carving.
