bit depth

CW can not find proper bit depth for 1/8" cut bit. After cycle message will be either "Bit depth does not match" or "install 1/8" cut bit". Over and over again.

Mine has done that before is the bit check swinging out all the way and do you have the bit in properly? Which chuck do you have?
