Could someone take a look at this plaque?

Was asked to make a plaque and this is what I came up with.
Could someone take a look at it and proofread it and make sure that the setting look correct.

45470Take a look at this adaptation of your plaque. 1) Inverted your corner patterns and added a medium draft, put your text in a carve region and used the confirm option to set the text into this region. Enlarged your text and added a text spacing of 16. Even with enlarging your text the letters in the text group is only about 1/4 inch tall, which would be pretty hard to read at a distance. Just some suggestions for you to think about.

On the smaller text you may want to change to the 60 degree vee bit if you have one. It will deepen the letters and make them a bit more visible.

Thanks for the advice on the 60 degree bit. I will use that on my recarve.
I made one and now I have to redo it. I need it to be bigger. I forgot i needed a place to mount a piece of cable.

Is there something like a tape measure so you can measure points on the board while doing a lay out?

Try turning on the Grid, set the spacing as needed.
