mr.vic - Head Stuck in Up Position

help my unit is stuck up as high as it will go.............is there a secret

On oposite of keypad side , if you look at the jacking screw (threaded rod) there is a hole thru it that you can insert an allen wrench or somthing that fit thru hole and you will be able to turn and will unlock head from being raised to far to top.
