silly question about carvetight-rock chuck

If the inside diameter of a carvetight spindle is 1/2 inch, will the 1/2 inch rock chuck collets work in a carvetight spindle?

I not sure but i will check, but i will wager a 1.00 that they will, as its a common chuck size on all routers..
