OK, I got a crazy idea. I have an iPad 2 and there is a relatively new app called Garageband that you can strum guitar chords (and do a whole bunch of other stuff.) I was thinking it would be cool to carve a guitar and then carve out a spot for the iPad to fit into. Would use velcro to hold it in most likely.

Anyway does someone have some sort of guitar pattern that I could start with?

Thanks!

Shacky

Here is a MPC that I picked up somewhere. I've never tried to carve it so I don't know how well it will work. It does give a warning about board thicikness when you open it so you will have to adjust it for that.

Here's a similar Silhouette and Ptn to play around with

Here are a couple of patterns I drew up based on a measured drawing of a Fender Telecaster Thinline. There's a body and a neck. Both are at the accurate scale for the actual guitar, so maybe they'll be useful.
