Projects on the workbench

Hey guys here are a couple of projects I am putting the finishing touches to.
The first is a box I made from some scrap poplar and pine. The legs are oak drawer pulls.
I carved an inset in the lid for the oak cross. Simple but fun to make.
The second is an Oak carving I did for a friend of his old house down here on the Texas Gulf Coast.
