Could anyone take the shield with the soccer ball and make a pattern for me?
I can not get anything that looks decent.

Here's a first quick attempt. See if it's about what you're looking for.

The image looks like it was taken with a flash camera; the light effect is hard to remove. Will this work?

Here is my attempt at it Just import the png into your program and set the depth and all. If you want the original file full size let me know.

Alan your attachment didn't work or is there another way to open it?

bjbethke is there a tutorial I could look at that may help me understand how you did what you did?

Thanks Alan,
what software do you all use to do what you did to make the shields bigger and still make it clear?

Take a good look at the design in 3d and make sure it looks ok. If you would like me to touch up something let me know. A lot of people us a program called aspire to create there graphics for carving http://www.vectric.com/ Using Adobe software has a big learning curve.

I use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop most of the time and ShaderMap Pro to get a 3d look.

jaustin,
Here's another possibility for your plaque. I usually don't carve images as deep as you have, and thought that a less bold font might carve better. Just my thoughts...
