Football/Picture holder

Here is a football and picture stand I made for one our Pilots that did a flyover for one of the NFLGames before the Super bowl. I still do all my Pattern cutouts with a template,router and pattern bit. (not happy with the accuracy of the CW) But did the Accents and the lettering with the CW. Realy dresses things up.

Very nice project-- The only thing missing is an alarm for when the football gets picked up and tossed around

not happy with the accuracy of the CW

I did a couple of test carves originally, and found I felt the same way. After doing a lot of reading online, there are a lot of settings in the Designer software (and tricks on importing vector images to clean them up) that gives the CW a lot more accuracy and cleanliness in the carves. What issues are you having, specifically?
