Pausing a long project.

Howdy ya'll.

I know that you can open the cover during a project run to stop it, but is there a better way to pause a long project, say overnight, then restart?

Does the "hibernate" function have anything to do with this? I can't find much information on that function.

That is what I do, lift the cover overnight and the next day close cover and prest ente,r and machine starts were you left it

I am sure Al will jump in here, but I am pretty sure you should not lift the cover to stop the machine. Press the stop button (once) instead. by lifting the cover it may not stop the cut motor fast enough and you could snap a bit.
