new fourm section

I'm not sure if this the right section to bring this up, but here goes.
I just read the CW News Letter for this month and it is quite good.
I saw a section that states Project Designer Update 1.178
I click on the "see changes" to see the changes for 1.178.
This is what I found.

24 January 2011 -- Differences between versions 1.178 and 1.177
* Fixed depth find issues with the CarveTight chuck
* Fixed edge artifacts on rotated text
I have no earthly idea what this means to the users, unless I was the one that asked for the changes.
Maybe a new section called ( Project Designer Update discussion) in the fourm could be created to give a breif explantion of the changes, why it was done and how it will help the users that may not be up on all the updates.

Perhaps a simple pointer/link to one of the forum posts that involved the problem that was resolved, would be a good idea.
