View Full Version : Scanning probe problem
I have a unit that was new last year that I had used for Scanning and only has 4 hr on it. Yesterday I went to scan a part and it asks me to jog to start which does with no problem but then when go to move to the end point the unit just feed the jig along ether way until you hit stop then it starts over. unit is clean shop was 75. Any ideas. Thanks

Check your compression rollers. Might have one that is stuck..
thank fred I will bet you are correct we have been iced in until 3 days ago and getting ready for more tomorrow night so when I can get out there I will check it out. hop you are well

Check the sled bottom ... If the edge that slides over the brass sensor is recessed the sensor won't pick it up and the sled will just keep goin.. Been There,, LOL !!
Bottom and edges must be flat ...
