Hello,

A few things to check initially...

1) Make sure your board is a minimum of 1/2"-thick...less than that and the machine will continue to ask you to load piece

2) The shop cannot be too cold...the machine can "act up" if too chilly...55 degrees and over are what the machine likes

3) Check to see if you have a stuck pressure roller...blow out the switch with air while squeezing the roller up/down to free up the switch if needed

4) Could be a head pressure issue (too low). Check the pressure as outlined in your Owner's Manual if needed
