How do I get this to work?

I want to carve two rectangles one within the other. The larger one will be 0.125 deep and the smaller about 0.1875 or there about. As I lay them out the only one that is showing up with the carve region is the larger one. How do I get the carve region of the smaller also?

Try this, -- Larger Rectangle Merge Additive

Take the merge additive off of the small square and apply it to the large square. Also change the depth of the small square to .190 if you need it exact..
