Please open cover ((error e12-138))

Hola buenas tardes de ESPAÑA,
Tengo un problema con la máquina, y es la siguiente:
el display, pone ((please open cover)),
He revisado, los cables de micro, he cambiado la placa base principal (tengo dos máquinas)
y siempre pone ((open cover)), cuando accedo a la pantalla (opciones) pone de error (E12-138:cool:,
por favor si algún experto, puede decir lo que ocurre con la máquina

I have a problem with the machine, and is as follows:
The display, put ((please open cover)),
I have checked and micro wires, I changed the main motherboard (I have two machines)
and always put ((open cover)), when I go to the screen (options) shows error (E12-138,
please if any expert can say what happens to the machine

Welcome to the Forum. Spain is a GREAT Place... I visited many times in my Navy Days.

First thing to check is if the cable is plugged in with the white wire toward the center of the machine.

Second is if the bigger cable is plugged in, the one with the clips... Try resetting it....

3rd try shorting the wires at the switch. OR just swap the cover from machine to machine.....

A Shorted or pinched wire from the board sensor will give you a open cover and if you check the Z Data it might only read 0000 and not change when moving the head up and down due to the short.
