board sensor errors

i replace the board sesor and checked wires and my board sensor will not read can i get any hepl plz

Did you blow out with air under the rubber washers on the upper rollers? If dust is underneath you will have problems. Also there are plastic clips on the x-y axis truck. make sure one did not come off and fall under the lower rollers. This happened to me the other day and was a huge problem till I discovered it and put it back where it belonged.

Hi just my 2 cents worth---For solid advice Al should answer your questions---but I had the same problem recently and it was not the board sensor at all. It was the FSC cable($2.81) that had a wire broke that I could not see. Try moving the wire back and forth while performing the board sensor test as I did and if the numbers change you have a broken wire or tare in the wire. I bought a new board sensor and did not install it since this solved my problem. Hope this helps. JOE
