I'm Stuck in Stupid....

I've designed too many of these in this style to be stuck with this problem....

Take a look at the mpc attached - all of the pine trees are correct with regard to the oval's being clipped, except for the one at the top - it's behind the oval. In fact, whatever pattern I place at the top won't go in front....

Further, all of the pines were simply copied and then pasted.

What have I done? It's got to be something simple, but I'm stuck in stupid.

Can it be as simply as just moving that tree INSIDE your group
