Anyone have any ideas on preventing chipout on carvings? This happens a lot when trying to carve detail in letters or patterns. When a line is very thin it tends to destroy the line. I know that drafting may improve it but it also kills the desired effect. It looks perfect in the sofdtware but the machine can't comply.

I do have the carvetight bits and I do use best quality. It is one of the most frustrating features of the carvewright. 97% of the carving is beautiful. 3% sends it to the fireplace.
