Y Axis Stall Err Code E05-0303

Help,
I just got my machine back from sears warranty repair after being gone for two weeks

I now have a err code Y Axis Stall Err Code E05-0303

I noticed head will not go over all the way to the right side to hit the flipper for bit depth

They added a ton of new parts but did not have this problem when I sent in. Measuring of board seemed to work fine.
