Help with cuts-out

anyone of you can help me with this gingerbread trim.

I have to make 10 cuts out of them for a customer.

if you dont have the probe to be able to scan it or a flat bed scanner to scan it to a picture then take a picture with a cameras then import it into designer and draw vector lines on top of it then delete picture. thats how i do it.

Did you get this worked out, I cleaned the image. Here is the way I would do this. if you use a line you need that to be a vector line, make a solid pattern and then outline, if you make a raster line than it will give you two cutouts (inside and outside.)
