Here are the tombstones that I made for Halloween!

I made them out of pink styrofoam 2" thick that I bought at Home Depot. The lester one I "aged" by spraying it with spray paint along the top and right edge which melted the foam, (yeah I did it on purpose. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. ) then painted them with latex house paint. For the house paint I just picked out one of their $5 miss-tinted gallons and had them make it gray.

Those turned out great. I'm going to have to try that foam.

Make sure that it is the extruded stuff. The white kind that looks like a bunch of beads pressed together does not carve well. The little beads tend to pop out.
