Need small design done, will pay

Hey guy's,
I need the attached image designed for me, so I can cut & carve it. The size is 3.00" outside diameter. The outer ring will be .38", and the center has a slight dome shape to it with the thru hole pattern. The board thickness is .50". Sorry about the pic, I can't find a better one.
I'm willing to pay a fair price if someone can design it for me.

What is it? look like the mouthpiece of old telephone. If you could trace the profile using a profile gauge (http://www.hartvilletool.com/product/10838?affiliate_id=40&location=), it would take only 5 min to create.

That is funny, I never even thought about it being a phone mouth piece! I'm basing this off a photo only, so I can't duplicate it. Here is the whole pic.39450
