I went through this the other day and came upon 2 reasons... The first was sawdust preventing the roller from releasing all the way and I loosened the screws on the plate that the roller is pressed against. I blew out a chunk of sawdust.... Took Pictures and patted myself on my back... Putting it back together I see the Right of the keypad Vertical Smooth Rail was loose on the bottom.... THAT could also cause the ERROR... The Smooth Rail lifts leaving the roller still compressed but the board is loose....

Remove the bottom to get to the bolt on the bottom of the smooth rail...

See my post from yesterday about stuck roller for pictures.

Good Luck,

Who else would answer a post at 1 AM.....

A Stuck roller is common and it may have just popped back in place... Using Options and Sensor Data, you can monitor the roller switches... Just crank down on a board and un crank it and watch the switches on the LCD. If one is lagging or hanging up you can see it on the LCD.
