Bit senser not coming out all the way

Just finished carving a board and starting another and now when it is suppose to check the bit (which hasn't been changed) the sensing arm doesn't come all the way out for the bit to hit it. The bit goes all the way down missing it.
I have checked to see if anything is blocking from the bit going all the way over but can't find anything and it seems to be smooth. Now if I push it over (manually) all the way when it is checking the machine runs fine. So for some reason it's just not going all the way over.

Slide your z truck toward the far Side where it engages the bit sensor at top and make sure it is not hitting the wires on the far side. Most of the time the two wires need to be tucked in place

did check that and took the top off the check and clean everything. Will check again after it's done carving my board 3hrs
