I had Y Axis Stall Error 303 last night and today would or could it be I have the head to tight on the board?
I have checked the cable 4 times, but the bit does not spin at all. What could be the problem???

Search "Cut Motor" using the " ". You will find a bunch of info from brushes worn out, wiring loose, right cover switch loose, C1 Capacitor on the X Termination Board broken, and broken wire inside the cut motor. You will find pictures when you search.

You should check your head pressure, I believe it should be 75-85 off the top of my head, that should be an easy elimination. How many hours are on your machine, if the machine is going through the motions but no spin that could be your cut motor brushes. The Y stall could be as simple as dust and whatnot inside that track where the underside of the Y belt moves. Just my 2 cents.
