need help finding a picture hanging groment

I saw a picture of one, it's some type of rubber or plastic about a 1/2" in dia and it has the T slot in it for hanging plaques or pictures on the wall. All you do is drill a simple hole and insert the groment into the hole. I have a T slot bit but it takes a lot of set time just for one slot.
If any body has seen them or knows where I can fine them, PM me.

I'm interested in that, too if anybody knows where to get them! Probably would incorporate something like that in the POM's, etc. Make it easier for all.

not quite, it looks like a groment that fits on the computer desk, but smaller and it has the key slot cut in it.
Boy I wish could find that picture.
