Need Rock Chuck help

I can't get the bits to go into the rock chuck.
Does anyone know how to contact R Justice from CW Parts.
I have emailed him and no response.
Need to get it working, havea project with a dead line.

If you clamped down on a bit where the flat area of the bit screwed-up the clamp-nut, remove the screw and push the nut out the other side of the chuck with the Allen wrench or something. File it smooth and reinstall it.
If it simply is mis-aligned, use the carving bit and insert it point-first to move the nut out of the way and then insert the bit you want.

I have seen this explained on Ron's site I think!
