The error code numbers do not mean anything to anyone but LHR, as the numbers can change with each version of the software.

Tell us things like what your machine is doing at the time of the error.
Is the error during set-up, carve, or scan?
Tell us where the truck is located at the time of the error, what bit, or tool is in the chuck.
What kind of chuck do you have (QC, Rock, CarveTight)?
What version of software are you using?

Does the bit plate (black arm) move out as the truck reaches the right side of the track?
The tip of the bit is supposed to lower and touch on the plate as a test.
The touch plate is supposed to come out before the bit starts to lower.
If not, it could be that there is a set if wires (behind the bit plate the have to be moved out ot the way.
It could also be that the adjustment screw on the top of the truck is hitting the cover (if so, it would need to be tightened a little).

Both of these possible problems can be checked out by turning off the machine and moving the truck by hand.
You should be able to make the bit flag move out, just like the machine should do.

Let us see where this test takes us.

¿La placa de bits (brazo negro) se mueven como el camión llega a la parte derecha de la pista?

La punta de la broca se supone que es menor y el tacto en la placa como una prueba.

La placa de contacto debe venir antes de que el poco empieza a bajar.

Si no, podría ser que hay un conjunto si los cables (detrás del plato poco tienen que ser trasladados ot el camino.

También podría ser que el tornillo de ajuste en la parte superior del camión está golpeando la tapa (si es así, tendría que ser apretado un poco).



Ambos de estos posibles problemas pueden ser controlados por apagar la máquina y el camión en movimiento con la mano.

I have attached a link to a video on the machine where it shows the unit being set up and the things that should happen.

What you want to watch, is starting at 3:40 through 4:04.
The chuck they show is the old QC assembly. You have the newer CarveTight (CT) chuck, so you are using different tools to secure your bits. It is the same concept, just a newer method.
What I want you to see is the steps that the machine takes (as you use just the one bit).
At 3:40 it shows inserting the bit. What they do not show in the video is the chuck spin before the truck moves to the right. This happens as soon as you press ENTER. At 3:55 you see the bit plate swing out and the machine checks the touch of the tip of the bit. Next it moves to the keyboard side and checks again and then begins to carve. When you get to 4:04, you have seen what I wanted you to see.

Can you help us understand where, in this process, you get the error? Or, does your error happen later?
If it is later, we may need to see your video and the MPC you are carving.

Amigo, el camion hace todo hasta el minuto del video que tu me envias por youtube, pero mi maquina no corta, comienza a girar la broca pero girando no dura mas de 1 segundo. mide, ajusta, trabaja, pero no corta. tratare de grabar un video para enviarlo y que veas que pasa.. muchas gracias.

I watched your video.
It shows that the Y-Belt is slipping.
There are several reasons this may happen.
Things to check:
1) The belt should be "bow string tight". You adjust it be moving part number 47.
2) the screw on top of the truck (part number 130) may be hitting the cover.
3) The "Flex Shaft" may be hitting the cover on the key board side.
4) Last: There is a clip on the back of the truck (part number 134) that may be loose.

There may be other causes, but check these items first.
