This certainly does not rival Liquid Guitars' jigs but for my first try it's working well. I want to craft 36 or so copies of a coffee cup coaster from 0.220" oak face plywood. I carved a precise pocket to hold 8.5 by 13" blanks and the first 3 sets have cut precisely.

Using the same coaster set outline MPC I can now produce custom designs for others as needed. Just thought I'd toss the idea out here if someone can use it.

Nice, lettering the jig so you know what it's for down the road some day, and I assume a finger hold slot to lift out the piece. Great ideas.

Nice work!

LG would make the tails no smaller than 4" prob 6" he would include the tail measurement of his sled into Designer, and load the sled off center in the unit for a ship load of happy parts.. insert happy face here: :)
