Can't seem to find a pattern that was shared a while back. I've looked in the Gallery attachments and it's not there.
Guess I'm trying to find it using the wrong name, but it looked like a Tiki type totem pole that the .mpc pattern came up horizontal as you view it. Someone had made it so it was carved on a curve type pattern where if perhaps you carved two pieces you could glue them up. I don't know if it was a Tiki face or maybe a aztec god face. Hope this helps and someone can help me find it. I found the Tiki face mask, but that wasn't it.
Thanks....... JerryB

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS .... Thanks. Gonna try this and see if my nephew can put these on a few 4x4s that he has holding up an outside kitchen thatch hut next to his pool. Gonna try this tomorrow so Wish me luck....... Hope "Shanita" behaves for me and carves right ! ; )

JerryB -

Make sure those 4x4's are square, no twists, etc. I tried to carve my address into a 4x4 for my mailbox, and gave up with the pos board I had.

Thanks for the info. Maybe I'll just carve the M-Totem on a 3/4" board, cut out and then just screw it on to the 4x4s (might pop out a little more for looks). Appreciate the Heads Up.

That was a pattern I created in photoshop based on a Marquesan Island tiki post used in tiki bars/Polynesian themed restaurants as far back as the 1940's. I've yet to reattempt carving it again (although I was given great advice on how to fix the 'bugs') -would like to see how it worked out for you.

Several seen in this old postcard from the now defunct Outrigger Restaurant 49247
