I am having a problem with loss of carv . It starts out great but it ramps up till no carving is being done. I ran the 1 pc with no trouble but when I ran the 2 nd one on the same board it did not work. I have cleaned the unit, reloaded the card, reformatted the card, tried a new pc of wood that is clean and sq. But still have the problem.

But still have the problem.My first guess is that the carving bit is loose in the chuck, or the assembly has a problem.
