Carved steelers sign for a friend's son named Christian

When asking my friends what their son wanted for his upcoming birthday, they commented how much he liked my son's "Ian country" steelers sign and would like something similar with his name (Christian). I came up with this
It is 1/2 inch MDF Carved with the carvewright and is all done with centerline text. I primed and hand painted it with acrylics

Also LOML mounted some Jerome Bettis cards I had onto a mat and put them into a frame.

When using MDF, it would seem to me that the carve would "fuzz" up. Do you find it to fuzz up or do you get a clean cut? I never thought of using MDF but if it cuts clean, it would be a good alternative especially to use first when doing an expensive oak piece to see how it is going to look first.
