Anybody every tried to create chair molding. I think for the price of what you would pay with it already cut and primed in pine, you might be able to create some out of something nicer such as oak.

I made some door molding, not worth the time. It took about nine hours to carve an eight foot peace, the center pattern only.
If you make it a vector carving it may be worth it.
