Z Stalls

After installing the Carvetight system I am having Z Stalls, and it drives the bit deep into the board. What do I need to look at?:(

Bearing not installed correctly.

Z Belt not installed correct

Screws to Z Motor not right, motor bound up.

Plug to Z Motor loose

Flat Ribbon FSC Cable loose or at an angle.

Beoken wire in the FSC cable.

Sawdust in the Z Belt.
