depth issue

I am doing another carve same as the one before it now when my machine measures every thing it says the board depth is 5.0 inches it is really a 1x10 board what do i do

That is a new warning with the latest software that your board measured too thick. If you are using a sled that makes the project look too thick it gives you this "Option".... A warning but with an "Out"... Displays 5.0 inches the max machine depth... All you do at the 5.0 window is enter the correct board thickness. And Enter.... I believe that will get you running....

You might have gotten a selection menu asking "Project" or "Board" I think Project will use the Designer board thickness and Board will use the Project board and Sled Board..... I believe....
