No. But you can save images that can be used to create a pattern. Look for posts containing information concerning height maps, color contours, etc. AskBud has some tutorials on this I believe.

Go to my "Download" section, below, and drop down the list to the section on Adobe.
You will find 2 videos on the concept making a picture into a workable pattern using Adobe and pattern Editor.
There are lots of official Adobe lessons as well that helped me develop these two lessons for the CW users.
The concept should be similar with Coreldraw.
