Don't think I saw any of the finished Patriot Box. Just finished mine the other day so here it is. I also dado in the bottom. As you see I painted it red, white, and blue. I also was making the Neo Classic Box at the same time. Suede texed the inside box along with the bottom of the main box. Got my HVLP sprayer going so I lacquered both at the same time. One coat of sanding sealer and three coats Lacquer with #0000 steel wool between each. Both boxes are Cherry Wood. Sure fun making both of them. Thanks MT!!

Man oh man, you did a great job on the boxes! REALLY like the patriotic Red/White/Blue...I'm going to have to make another one myself with that theme! Excellent work!

Looks really great. I like the colors you used. Making one for my SIL now so I'll have to try those colors and techniqure.

Maybe I need a short lesson on posting pics with this new set up we're on now. I selected my files, clicked upload and they loaded fine. I can see the pics with my comments. When I Post everything, it shows up as "attachment ? and attachment ?". When I click on the attachments I can see the pics. I was hoping to actually post the pics so they could be seen (without showing the words attachment).. Help! : )
