I'm hoping LHR can respond to this. I'm thinking about sending one of my two machine in for their upgrade package. Currently both of my machines have rock chucks on them, so I would probably want to remove the z-truck before sending it in and keep it as a spare for my other machine. By looking at the "do it yourself" upgrade, it looks like this would add $40 to the cost if I keep the z-truck correct? Most likely I'd send the most temperamental machine in and let them try again to banish many of the gremlins.
Can a few people who have sent their machine's in for this upgrade comment on their experiences? Did LHR always find lots of "other" repairs that should be made.. or was it a pretty painless process?
