Picture Frame

I've looked all over for the mpc that AskBud indicated that he had posted in his video on designing an adjustable picture frame. Appreciate if anyone can direct me to the post. I've tried to duplicate but when I get to the point of reducing the length of the frame only the bottom line reduces when I put in a lower number.
