Running 1.163 Have ran this mpc a lot of times befor with no error .using tap on roller side. board is 12X4X.505 and flat . if i change the mpc to 3/4 and the wood to 3/4 all is ok . this only happens on 1/2. see my MPC Thank's Racer

If the board is truly .5 or over, I would blow out the Head rollers. The sensors may not be clean enough to activate with this thin stock.

Thanks for the help recleaned all but is still not taking .505 stock I have to get above .600 befor it works i have ran this same buckle in this sled 6 or 7 times first time i have tried to run with new soft ware update do you think it can be the 1.163 ??? Racer

What happens when you use the "Measure Option" on your sled? Does it abort? If so, contact LHR with a 1.163 software problem.
