Odd text problem

I watched askBud's video on Text Arcing and gave it try with some strange results. I used two different sized circles to ensure that the text on top and bottom were the same size and placed text in the middle. All settings are the same

Can you post an MPC of your trial to let us see what results you received and examine the settings? May be able to diagnose it better.
