Just my two cents, having owned both designs. The Har Frt design is more stable with the flip out back leg, and it offers a flip up bar with a set of roller bearings in addition to the wide roller. It's also handy to be able to fold the back leg flat for storage up on or leaning against the wall or under your bench when not in use.
