I made a group of drill holes, I started using Copy Offset with one drill hole. That way I have total control of where everything went. Is there ANY way to sever the connection to that first drill hole? If I wanted to delete that original one, every one based on it will also be deleted. I would like to have a function to make each object it's own.

Then I could also select a group if items without HAVING to include the original item.

Also, lets say I have a bunch of drill holes selected in a pattern I like, how do i copy it and rotate it 90°, 180°? The flip and rotate options are grey'd out.

Shaddy,

Drill holes etc. are vector patterns and you might note that those rotate options are not available to vector objecfs. You can Flip vertically or horizontally and you can use the mirror options, but if you wish to rotate, you'll have to use the angle options for each tag of the object. Same with a group selection of vector objects.
