Raining machine head

My machine head raises about 1 1/2" from the conveyor decks and gets stuck. I use an allen wrench in the right side lead screw to get it started back down. I have tried all of the adjustments listed on the maintenance guides (I think). Any suggestions???

Most likely the head is not level. There are cross gears that moves the right side jacking screw. Sometimes the screw comes loose and the gears skip a tooth to the point that the head binds.

OR need lubrication of the jacking screw and smooth rails.
