Help, I do not have that much hair left to pull. I just replace the cutter motor since it apeared that it burned up after 11 hours on the machine. Now I get a Y-axis stall error. It goes though all the checks, but as soon as the cutter hits the board to start cutting it stops and gives me a "Y-axis stall".

I would start by checking the belt tension on the Y axis, located on the far side away from the keypad.

Of course, make sure the Y Rails are sparkly clean and there are no wood chips in the gears (or missing teeth on the same gears).

Also, since you just replaced cut motor, make sure your flexshaft is properly inserted and engaged.
