Freezes at Stay Under Roller Prompt

I was told problem was with Memory card. I replaced memory card and when I begin project I am only able to get to the stay under roller prompt 1 or 2. When I hit the keypad for either 1 or 2 nothing happens. I tried hitting arrows and the screen appears frozen. I tried another project and the same problem occurs.
Any suggestions?

Hi, have you tried format the card and up date firmware on the card?

Thanks for everyones help. I found a slight tear in the keypad cable that probably is the cause of the frozen keypad. Will replace

Dry lube all 4 posts go up and down a few tines and blow out the clutch handle relube 4 posts. That works for me all the time Hope it helps!
