No. There is no built in way or utilities that I am aware of to do that.

Sorry, you cannot bring a pattern or project back from the flash card to your computer. When you upload the pattern, it changes it to machine language so the CW knows what to do.

Did you accidently delete the original from your PC? Maybe it's still in your recycle bin?
