New Full Bit Set

I am sure this has been discussed before, but I can’t find it. I apologize for a repost….. I received the full bit set with the adapters on all the bits… It seems as if these are all tight and ready to go. Are they? Do I need to unscrew all the screws and add thread cement?

If they all feel tight and can not be easily un screwed you should be ok. Of course if you want to be sure, take them all out and clean them and re install with blue loctite...
