power Fluctuation

I am having trouble with my machine, I am getting power fluctuations after about 4 min. of carving. When I restart the thing it gets a power fluctuation imediatly. I have cleaned the maching very good and CW went thru it in december and refurbished it. so where should I start ?????

Make sure the machine is not sharing a circuit with other power hungry appliances and preferably on a circuit all to it self. Plan B do a search for C1 capacitor or C2 . Al from dititalwoodshop has posted on power supply problems many times.
